“Jack and the Bean Tree” was created for KunstHaus Gallery’s annual Halloween party and gallery show. The theme for 2016 was "Folklore”, so this piece was based on the Appalachian Jack Tale "Jack and the Bean Tree". I grew up in a beautiful Appalachian town in Southwest Virginia called Lebanon and heard many tales of Jack during my childhood.
