Nashville and the surrounding areas have been through so much since the devastating ice storm. We know many of you are still dealing with power outages, damage, and the emotional toll that comes with it. Our hearts are with everyone affected.

This free class is open to any adult who needs a gentle space to breathe, create, and be in community. Come paint, talk, sit quietly, or simply rest for a while. You don’t need any experience, just come as you are. We hope to offer a small moment of warmth, connection, and healing during this difficult time.

Stay for a little while or the whole class.

No formal instruction will be given, I will be there to facilitate.
