Cancellation Policy

Retreat registrations require advance commitments for lodging, meals, instructors, and supplies. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations.

• 50% Deposit: The retreat deposit is non-refundable and reserves your space.

• More than 60 days before the retreat: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds can be issued.

If we are able to fill your space from our waitlist, we will gladly refund your payment, minus the non-refundable deposit and any processing fees.

Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from the retreat organizers.

If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. The organizers are not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, travel insurance, or other costs incurred outside of the retreat registration.

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, injury, weather, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
