Some things can’t be rushed. Rest. Creativity.

Create. Resonate. Restore. is an all-inclusive four-day, three night retreat nestled in the wooded bluffs of Sewanee, Tennessee, a place designed for exactly the kind of deep reset that busy life never quite reaches. Tucked into 15 acres of private conservation land at Rising Sun Retreat, you’ll trade your to-do list for morning yoga, sound baths under the trees, and the quiet joy of making art just because it feels good.

We designed this retreat around three simple ideas: your body deserves stillness, your nervous system needs sound, and your hands remember things your mind has forgotten.

Your Guides, Chef, & Host

Dr. Jazmin Chavez is a Nashville-based sound healer with an Ed.D. in Learning Organizations & Strategic Change from Lipscomb University and fifteen years’ experience supporting burned-out teachers and dysregulated students. She holds a Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing with Groups from the Sound Healing Academy and a Level 4 Feeltone Sound Therapy Monochord certification. Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, monochord, and more, she guides clients from activation into rest and digest, responding in real time to breath, eye movement, and energetic shifts.

Miranda Fuller is a Nashville-based artist, designer, and RYT 500 yoga and certified Hot Pilates teacher with a BFA from the Corcoran College of Art and Design and over two decades of professional creative practice. Her yoga offerings span Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Kids Yoga, and Gentle Flow. Her art classes create space for intuition, play, and unexpected beauty.

Amy Bratten brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience and a natural gift for gathering people around delicious food. Never one to stick to just one craft, she currently works as a barber and reseller, all while continuing to pursue her passion for cooking and creating memorable experiences. Having previously cooked for a yoga retreat and worked with Rising Wolf Retreat, Amy knows firsthand how a thoughtful, nourishing meal can help people feel cared for, connected, and completely at home.

Jenay Gardner is a 500 RYT yoga instructor trained in Bikram, Vinyasa, and Yin, with experience leading retreats from the mountains of Montana to the beaches of Mexico. She also serves as Inventory Manager at Third Man Records and is deeply involved in the music community. Originally from California, she now calls Nashville home, where her love for yoga and music naturally come together. Serving her community through adventure, music, and teaching movement brings her so much joy.

Together, they bring something you won't find at most retreats: immersive sound, mindful movement, creative expression, nourishing food, and a welcoming, nurturing space, each one creating connection and restoration.
